TPG agrees to acquire Waste Eliminator and Liberty Waste Solutions. The transaction will combine two regional waste and recycling providers to create a sustainable waste infrastructure platform focused on collection, disposal and recycling services across the US Southeast. Read more.

Venture and Growth Capital:

Revino secures $4.9 million to scale reusable wine bottle systems. Funding from CalRecycle will support a bottle washing and processing facility capable of handling up to 10 million bottles annually, enabling wineries to recover, clean and reuse glass containers at scale. Read more.

Live auction platform Tilt raises $26 million. The funding round included participation from Vinted Ventures and will support the expansion of the company's social commerce platform, which combines live video auctions with AI-powered tools for buying and selling second-hand goods. Read more.

BlueAlp and LBC Tank Terminals secure funding for a chemical recycling project. The €1.5 million grant from the EU’s Just Transition Fund will support engineering and design work for a planned Rotterdam facility that will convert non-mechanically recyclable plastic waste into feedstock for the chemical industry.
